2-Ingredient Pancakes

Ingredients:

  • 2 eggs (pasture-raised, grass-fed, organic preferred)
  • 2 bananas (preferably organic)

Directions:

  1. Peel bananas and mash in bowl.
  2. Crack and mix in two eggs.
  3. Lightly fry or steam in skillet (preferably iron-cast for extra nutrition).
  4. Voila you’re ready to eat! Top with a nut butter of choice and/or fruit.
